Excuse me, but I have a date with this super delicious porridge creation 😉 Honestly it is the best porridge I’ve like ever created! It kind of tastes like a big bowl of raffaello and is so easy to make. It’s a basic coconut porridge with a layer of a coconut cream dream and a chocolate surprise filling.
I’ve seen this super interpretation of a porridge on TikTok and had to create my own version of it of course : ) It’s really a try worth it!

Basic Health facts: Coconut It’s essential fatty acids
A coconut consists of 36 percent fats, mainly saturated fatty acids. Besides caprylic and capric acid, coconut contains a large amount of lauric acid. This has a particularly positive effect on the immune system. This is because the antimicrobial and antiviral effect of lauric acid thus frees the body from numerous pathogens. In contrast to animal fat, coconut fats are not long-chain but medium-chain. The so-called medium-chain triglycerides (MCD) can be broken down relatively quickly by the body and prevent cravings. Since they are not stored as body fat, but are immediately converted into energy, it is therefore super helpful in losing weight. Coconut is also so healthy because it lowers cholesterol levels. Heaven Coconut Porridge
Ingredients
Porridge
- 30 g Oats
- 140 ml plant based milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 g shredded Coconut
- 20 g vegan Chocolate(spead)
Layer
- 100 g vegan Coconut Yoghurt
- 30 g vegan cream cheese
- 10 ml Agave syrup
- 10 g shredded Coconut
Instructions
- Put the 30g oats with 140ml plant based milk, 1 pinch of salt and 10g shredded coconut into a saucepan and let it simmer over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Prepare the coconut layer in the meantime: Add 30g vegan cream cheese and 10ml agave syrup into a medium bowl and stir it briefly with a small spoon. Then add 100g Coconut Yoghurt and 10g shredded coconut.
- As soon as the porridge is ready, transfer it to a bowl. Make a little mould in the middle and put either some vegan chocolate spread in it or vegan chocolate. The chocolate will melt and just will taste the same (maybe even a bit better).
- Carefully spread the coconut layer over the chocolate and the porridge so it's all covered. If you used chocolate wait for 1-2 minutes before eating it. By this time the chocolate should have melted.
- Top it with more coconut shredds or coconut chips and enjoy!
