Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat
Add in a bowl 40g oats, 5g shredded coconut, ¼ tsp vanilla, ½ tsp baking powder and one pinch of salt and and stir briefly with a spoon. Add the other ingredients: ¼ tsp fresh lemon zest, 10ml agave syrup and 80ml oat milk and mix well, until a batter is formed.
In a separate small bowl, mix 20g (vegan) cream cheese with 20g coconut yoghurt and optional ¼ tsp blue spirulina. In the end it will just taste better with the blue colour of spirulina XD
Pour half of the batter into an ovenproof dish (I used a 9cm/3,5inch form) and place half of the blackberries into it. Then add filling (step 3) in the centre. Now fill with the rest of the batter and top it with remaining blackberries. I have cut mine in half.
Now place it in the oven for around 15-20 minutes (longer/shorter depending on whether you want it to be completly baked through.)
