Add 150ml oat milk, 3 medjool dates, 100g Cashewbutter, 1 pinch of salt and optional ½ tsp spirulina to a blender and blend until smooth. I like to have some date pices in my ice cream so I am not blending it too much, but it's up to you!
Transfer it to a mug/cup (wherever you want to have your ice cream in) and put it for at least for 5 hours in the freezer so it can freeze. Best is overnight though.
Before you serve the ice cream, take it out of the freezer 10-15 minutes beforehand so that it can thaw a little.
