Remove the pulp from the kiwi and, using a small blender, blend to a kiwi puree until a smooth green mixture is obtained.
In a bowl, mix 200g (vegan) yoghurt, 30g (vegan) cream cheese and 1 tsp agave syrup.
First pour 1/3 of the yoghurt mixture into a glass. Then carefully pour half of the kiwi mixture on top. Then another yoghurt layer, a kiwi layer and finally the rest of the yoghurt on top.
To make the pattern, gently run the handle of a spoon down the glass. Then quickly pull it into the centre and take the spoon out again. Repeat this.
Top it as desired. I used more Kiwi, pinapple and some red berries.
