No baked Brownies

Ingredients

  • 100 g dates pitted
  • 50 g smooth peanut butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tsp cocoa powder
  • 25 ml water
  • 50 g (vegan) dark chocolate
  • Rough sea salt

Instructions

  • Pit 100g Medjool dates and mix with 50g peanut butter, 1 pinch of salt, 3 teaspoons cocoa powder and 25ml water in a high-powered blender to make a sticky mixture.
  • Line a small rectangular baking tin with baking paper and spread the 'batter' evenly in the tin and press down firmly
  • In a small bowl, melt 50g (vegan) dark chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave and pour evenly over the dough and optional sprinkle with a little coarse sea salt on top. Now place in the freezer until the chocolate has set (about 10 minutes). It should not be frozen!
  • Remove from the freezer and carefully remove from the mould together with the baking paper. Now cut into approx. 9 equally sized pieces
