Pit 100g Medjool dates and mix with 50g peanut butter, 1 pinch of salt, 3 teaspoons cocoa powder and 25ml water in a high-powered blender to make a sticky mixture.
Line a small rectangular baking tin with baking paper and spread the 'batter' evenly in the tin and press down firmly
In a small bowl, melt 50g (vegan) dark chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave and pour evenly over the dough and optional sprinkle with a little coarse sea salt on top. Now place in the freezer until the chocolate has set (about 10 minutes). It should not be frozen!
Remove from the freezer and carefully remove from the mould together with the baking paper. Now cut into approx. 9 equally sized pieces
