Mash ½ banana and put it into a saucepan with the 20g oats, 80ml plant based milk and 1tsp protein powder and let it simmer over a medium heat for a few minutes, stirring regularly.
Prepare the yoghurt layer in the meantime: Add 175g vegan yoghurt, ⅛tsp vanilla and 1 tsp agave syrup into a medium bowl and stir it briefly with a small spoon.
Cut the remaining half banana into medium-thick slices and lightly mash the cookies. Put a slice of banana and some cookies aside for decoration later
Now layer in a jar or bowl. I first took about 1/3 of the yoghurt, then added bananas and carefully put the porridge on top. On top of that I put the crushed biscuits, then another layer of yoghurt. On that I put peanut butter and finally another layer of yoghurt.
Decorate it with the banana slice and a few crumbled cookies. Enjoy :)
