Ocean Bowl

Ingredients

Bowl

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 70 g frozen mango
  • 75 ml plant-based milk
  • 125 g (vegan) curd
  • 1-2 tsp blue spirulina

Toppings

  • 1 handfull Coconut chips
  • 1 EL Granola
  • frozen blueberries covered in yoghurt

Instructions

  • In a high-powered blender, add 1 frozen banana, 70g frozen mango,75ml plant-bases milk and 125g (vegan) curd and blend until you get a very creamy consistency. Now add 1-2 tsp of the blue spirulina depending on what colour you want to have your bowl.
  • For the toppings, simply vary according to your mood. I chose granola, coconut chips and frozen blueberries in a yogurt coat.
