In a high-powered blender, add 1 frozen banana, 70g frozen mango,75ml plant-bases milk and 125g (vegan) curd and blend until you get a very creamy consistency. Now add 1-2 tsp of the blue spirulina depending on what colour you want to have your bowl.
For the toppings, simply vary according to your mood. I chose granola, coconut chips and frozen blueberries in a yogurt coat.
