Add to the mashed banana 30g oats, ½ tsp baking powder, 2 tsp cocoa powder, 2 tsp nut butter, 1 tsp mable syrup, 1 pinch of salt and 90ml plant based milk and mix it well until a homogeneous batter is formed
Pour half of the batter into an ovenproof dish ( I used a 12cm/4,7inch form) and place 20g (vegan) dark chocolate in the centre. Now fill with the rest of the batter and top it with some Mini Salted Pretzels
Now place it in the oven for around 15-20 minutes (longer/shorter depending on whether you want it to be completly baked through.)
