Raspberry and Peanut butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ banana
  • 30 g oats
  • 150 ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 50 g peanut butter creamy
  • 50 g frozen raspberries

Instructions

  • Mash ½ banana in a bowl with the help of a fork.
  • Add 30g of  oats, 150ml of oat milk, 1 tsp of chia seeds, 1 tsp of maple syrup and 25g of peanut butter to the banana and mix together.
  • Pour half of the mixture into a tall glass. Now to the two layers: At first, add 50g of frozen raspberries carefully on the batter. Then spread the remaining 25g of peanut butter over the raspberries and smooth it out as much as possible and top with the remaining batter. .
  • Put it in the fridge over the night or for at least 4 hours before decorating the overnight oats. I used some more fresh raspberries and (vegan) chocolate chips
