Snickers Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 200 g (vegan) yoghurt of your choice
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • tsp vanilla grounded
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

Toppings

  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp melted vegan dark chocolate
  • 5 g peanuts or cashews roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Mash the banana in a bowl
  • Add to the banana 200g (vegan) yoghurt, 2 tsp peanut butter, ⅛ tsp vanilla and 2 tsp cocoa powder and mix until everything is combined.
  • Lastly top your yoghurt bowl with 1-2tsp peanut butter, 1 tsp melted vegan dark chocolate and some peanuts or cashews. And your done : )
